CANCELLATION OF COURT ASSIGNMENT. Court shall make every effort to provide a twenty-four (24) hour notice if the Court cancels a previously assigned half day or full day assignment. Court shall pay Contractor a cancellation fee if Court fails to cancel an assignment without a twenty-four (24) hours notice.
