Common use of Cancellation of Election Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Election. In the event the Entity’s November 3, 2020 Election is enjoined or canceled, or if for any reason whatsoever the Entity shall decide not to proceed with its November 3, 2020 Election, the Entity agrees that it shall be responsible for its share of any costs and expenses incurred by the County up to the cancellation date.

Cancellation of Election. In the event the Entity’s November 3May 7, 2020 2022 Election is enjoined or canceled, or if for any reason whatsoever the Entity shall decide not to proceed with its November 3May 7, 2020 2022 Election, the Entity agrees that it shall be responsible for its share of any costs and expenses incurred by the County up to the cancellation date.

In the event the Entity’s November 38, 2020 2016 Election is enjoined or canceled, or if for any reason whatsoever the Entity shall decide not to proceed with its November 38, 2020 2016 Election, the Entity agrees that it shall be responsible for its share of any costs and expenses incurred by the County up to the cancellation date.
