Cancellation of Filings. Upon completion of the distribution of Partnership assets as provided herein, the Liquidator and, if the Liquidator so directs, the General Partner, shall file a certificate of cancellation with the Secretary of State, cancel any other filings made pursuant to Sections 2.1 and 6.7 as may be necessary and take such other actions as may be necessary to terminate the Partnership.
