Cancellation of Orders. Except as otherwise may apply to initial provisioning, if Buyer cancels an Order, Bombardier, at its option, shall be entitled to recover actual damages, but not less than the following cancellation charges or more than the purchase price of the Spare Parts covered by the Order:
