Common use of Cancellation of Payments Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Payments. If you are making a payment to a seller who does not already have a PayPal account, they can claim your payment by opening a PayPal account. If they don’t open a PayPal account within 30 days, your payment will be refunded. You may cancel such payment by going to your Activity tab in your PayPal account and following the instructions to cancel within 30 days, so long as the seller has not claimed your payment. To clarify, other payments you make cannot be cancelled in a similar manner once you send them.
