Nonsupported Carriers and Devices. The Mobile Banking Service may not be available through all mobile service providers and carriers, and some mobile phones and other wireless devices may not be supported as Wireless Devices in connection with the Service. You are responsible for periodically referring to our website to determine currently supported mobile service providers, carriers, and Wireless Devices and for ensuring that you satisfy all technical requirements for using the Service.

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including typewriters, mimeographing machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.
