Cancellation of Policy Cover. Upon early termination of the Insurance Contract between the SHA and the Insurer, all Policies issued by the Insurer pursuant to the Insurance Contract shall be deemed cancelled with effect from the Termination Date subject to the Insurer fulfilling all its obligations at the time of Termination as per the provisions of the Insurance Contract.
