Common use of Cancellation of the Agreement by us Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of the Agreement by us. 8.1 We may stop the transfer under clause 7 and cancel this Agreement for any reason before the transfer is completed, including where: 8.1.1 we are not satisfied you are a Small Customer; 8.1.2 the transfer does not occur within 3 months of the Acceptance Date; 8.1.3 you do not meet our credit requirements; 8.1.4 you do not meet any eligibility criteria described in the Important Details or in your Energy Plan; 8.1.5 we are not satisfied with the type of meter you have or your Distributor’s network tariff; or 8.1.6 any information concerning you or the Premises included in the Important Details is incorrect. 8.2 We will notify you if we cancel the Agreement under clause 8.1 and may offer you an alternative agreement.

Cancellation of the Agreement by us. 8.1 7.1 We may stop the transfer under clause 7 6 and cancel this Agreement for any reason before the transfer is completed, including whereincluding: 8.1.1 7.1.1 where we are not satisfied you are a Small CustomerCustomer within an Embedded Network; 8.1.2 7.1.2 where the transfer does not occur within 3 months of the Acceptance Agreement Date; 8.1.3 7.1.3 where you do not meet our credit requirements; 8.1.4 7.1.4 where you do not meet any eligibility criteria described in the Important Details or in your Energy Electricity Plan; 8.1.5 we are not satisfied with the type of meter you have or your Distributor’s network tariff; or 8.1.6 7.1.5 where any information concerning you or the Premises included in the Important Details or Electricity Plan is incorrect; or 7.1.6 for any other reason as long as it is not unreasonable to do so. 8.2 7.2 We will notify you if we cancel the Agreement under this clause 8.1 7 and may offer you an alternative agreement.

Cancellation of the Agreement by us. 8.1 We may stop the transfer under clause 7 and cancel this Agreement for any reason before the transfer is completed, including where: 8.1.1 we are not satisfied you are a Small Customer; 8.1.2 the transfer does not occur within 3 months of the Acceptance Date; 8.1.3 you do not meet our credit requirements; 8.1.4 you do not meet any eligibility criteria described in the Important Details or in your Energy Electricity Plan; 8.1.5 we are not satisfied with the type of meter you have or the network tariff underpinning the charges that are payable for services provided by your Distributor’s network tariff; or 8.1.6 any information concerning you or the Premises included in the Important Details is incorrect. 8.2 We will notify you if we cancel the Agreement under clause 8.1 and may offer you an alternative agreement.
