Cancellation of Units; Amendments to Exhibit A. Upon the redemption of Partnership Units pursuant to this Section 8.6, (i) all such redeemed Partnership Units (other than Partnership Units redeemed pursuant to Section 8.6(c)) shall be cancelled, and (ii) the General Partner shall amend Exhibit A to reflect the new Percentage Interests of the Partners and to (A) either adjust the number of Partnership Units and the Percentage Interest of the Redeeming Partner or eliminate the Redeeming Partner from Exhibit A, as applicable, and (B) in the event that the General Partner assumes the obligation to satisfy a Redemption Right pursuant to Section 8.6(c), adjust the number of Partnership Units and the Percentage Interest of the General Partner to reflect the Transfer of such Partnership Units to the General Partner.
