Common use of Cancellation of Unvested Awards Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Unvested Awards. Except as explicitly provided in Section 4, upon a termination of your employment by you or by the Company for any reason, any of your PSUs that have not vested pursuant to Section 2 as of the date of your termination of employment with the Company will be canceled and forfeited in full as of such date.
