Common use of Cancellation Price Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Price. A one-time charge that may be incurred when a service or item of equipment is cancelled within 5 business days of the scheduled due date. There shall be no cancellation charge when it is requested more than 5 business days before the scheduled due date or as otherwise provided in the task order. The cancellation charge shall not exceed the installation charge for the order. If this is a partial or complete termination of the task order, follow the provisions for terminations in Section I.
