Cancellation Fees. APPLICABLE CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE: Cancellation fees applicable to the Student’s specific Agreement are based upon duration of the Agreement (i.e., one semester Agreement, two semester Agreement or three semester Agreement) entered into by the Student. Cancellation Fees a) Cancellation fees shall be paid at the rate of $500 for each 1/8 reduction of a full workload to a maximum of $4,000. If a non-regular type 2 faculty member is reassigned and that reassignment does not result in a loss of income, no cancellation fee will be paid.
b) When workload is partially reduced and cancellation fees are paid, a non-regular type 2 faculty member still retains non-regular type 2 status along with pro-rated entitlements provided the criteria in Article 1.05
Cancellation Fees. X. Xxxxxxx the contract is cancelled by the resident or by University Housing, the following fees apply. Any prepayments will be applied to cancellation charges.
B. If the resident withdraws from the University and does not attend classes for the remainder of the contract term, the cancellation charge will be reduced to room and meals to date of check out plus $500. We do not prorate during the last two weeks of a term.
C. No show students who are not enrolled in classes will have their contract cancelled and will be charged the cancellation fee, as shown above. No show students who are enrolled will continue to be billed applicable room, apartment, and dining plan charges until they cancel their contract.
Cancellation Fees non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. In case of a cancellation, the 20% non- refundable deposit converts into the cancellation fee. Please note: If you have booked through a travel agent, their cancellation terms will apply in addition. Full payment is required 30 days prior to date of travel. If cancelled on the day of pick-up or no show - 100% of the rental cost will apply. No refunds can be given for early returns.

Cancellation Fees. If Customer cancels the booked date of the Professional Services engagement (e.g. training for its Users), Customer will be liable to pay the following cancellation fees in accordance with Section 7 (Fees and Payment):
4.2.1 Less than 2 days’ notice - 100% of the relevant Fees apply
4.2.2 Less than 5 days’ but more than 2 days’ notice – 50% of the relevant Fees apply;
4.2.3 More than 5 days’ notice – no fee and the date can be rebooked.
Cancellation Fees. Residents who do not submit a Contract Cancellation Form by the close of business on the Friday of Week 8 of the Academic Quarter agree to pay the cancellation fee set out below.
1. A Resident who submits their Contract Cancellation Form during the last 2 Academic Weeks or final exam week of an Academic Quarter must pay a cancellation fee of $212, provided Resident Checks-Out by the published Check-Out date for that Academic Quarter (or Checks-Out on the following Sunday for Residents immediately withdrawing from the University).
2. A Resident who cancels their Contract and Checks Out during Winter Break or Spring Break must pay a cancellation fee of $423 and must also pay the pro-rated daily fee for the number of nights of Occupancy during the vacation break. The Resident must Check-Out before the conclusion of the vacation break or they must pay additional cancellation charges (the full housing charges for the next Academic Quarter).
3. If Resident cancels the Contract due to leaving University, then later registers as a PSU student at any time during the remaining Contract Term, Resident must pay retroactive Housing charges. Resident may reactivate the Contract, accept a new University Housing assignment, and Check-In to their new Space.
4. Where cancellation is because of call to active military duty, Resident must file a Contract Cancellation Form with UHRL within one calendar week of receiving their orders whenever practicable. UHRL will prorate University Housing charges for each night of Occupancy prior to Check-Out. Resident will have no obligation for cancellation fees.
Cancellation Fees. If the Employer cancels an Appointment after it receives the signed Appointment Letter, it will pay the Sessional Faculty employee a cancellation stipend of $1,000.
