Cancellation Process. If Customer is a residential customer, Customer may cancel within 3 business days of receipt of this agreement (the “Cancellation Period”) without penalty or cancellation fee by contacting NAP at its contact information listed in the Contact Information section. If cancellation is not requested within 15 days of the next meter read, the Customer may request a special meter read which is typically subject to a service charge. Customer is liable for all of NORTH AMERICAN POWER’s charges while Customer may be returning to the LDU or selecting another supplier. A bill will be rendered in approximately twenty (20) days after the final scheduled meter reading or if access is unavailable, an estimate of consumption will be used in the bill, which will be trued up subsequent to the final meter reading. If Customer terminates this Agreement during the Initial Term or any subsequent Renewal Term after the applicable cancellation period, Customer will pay an early termination cost recovery fee (“ETF”). Such fee will be ten dollars ($10.00) per month for each month remaining on the Agreement, but will not exceed; one hundred dollars ($100.00) for any Agreement with a remaining term of less than 12 months; or two hundred dollars ($200.00) for any Agreement with a remaining term of more than 12 months.

Cancellation Process. You may terminate or cancel the Services by giving One World Rhythm written notice via the cancellation form provided. In such event: (i) you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation and (ii) One World Rhythm may, in our sole discretion, refund all pre-paid fees for services for the full months remaining after the effectiveness of such cancellation (i.e. no partial month fees shall be refunded) less any setup fees, applicable taxes and any discount applied for prepayment, provided that you are not in breach of this Agreement. Once we receive your cancellation form and have confirmed all necessary information with you via email, we will inform you in writing (typically email) that your account has been canceled. Your cancellation confirmation will contain a ticket/tracking number in the subject line for your reference and for verification purposes. " One World Rhythm will confirm your request and process your cancellation shortly thereafter. If you do not hear back from us, or do not receive the automatic confirmation email within a few minutes after submitting your cancellation form, please contact us immediately via phone. We require all cancellations to be done through the online form in order to (a) confirm your identity, (b) confirm in writing that you are prepared for all of your data to be removed, and (c) document the request. This process aims to reduce the likelihood of mistakes, fraudulent/malicious requests, and to ensure that you are aware that your data and account may be removed immediately and permanently after a cancellation request is processed. IN NO EVENT WILL ONE WORLD RHYTHM ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, OR ANY USER CONTENT, USER WEBSITES OR OTHER MATERIALS ACCESSED OR DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ONE WORLD RHYTHM IS AWARE OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Cancellation Process. 11.1. Unless SWDconnect expressly agrees to the contrary in writing, Customer must cancel services on at least 90 days’ advance notice to take effect at the end of the Initial Period or the Renewal Period, failing which SWDconnect my charge the Customer a cancellation fee. 11.2. Cancellations must be processed through the cancellation request form in the SWDconnect Portal, or Customer must send a cancellation request to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx. The online cancellation request form will reflect the duration that is left for each Service as well as the cancellation fee (if any) of each Service. Cancellations received by email will be followed up with a quote setting out the cancellation fee (if any) of each Service. 11.3. Email cancellations must contain at least the following information: 11.3.1. The Customer’s account number; and 11.3.2. The description of the Service/s to be cancelled as is described on the Customer’s invoice. 11.4. SWDconnect will not be deemed to have received a cancellation notice unless it has issued Customer with written confirmation of receipt and a unique reference number. As for a monthly membership, you can cancel at any time and the cancellation will go into effect the following month. Cancellation Process. 71.7.1 Definition of overtime and extra shifts: Overtime is defined as an employee working more than forty (40) hours on the day of cancellation. Cancellation Process. Product orders may be cancelled at any time prior to the time at which the Product order is delivered by Novartis Gene Therapies EU, on behalf of the Novartis Gene Therapies EU Authorised Distributor, to Novartis Gene Therapies EU designated courier service for shipment (as determined by Novartis Gene Therapies EU). Cancellation Process. 6.1. Subject to the terms of the Security Supplier Hire Agreement, our standard cancellation policy is set out below. 6.2. If a Booking is confirmed less than 48 hours before the start of the Booking then you are not entitled to cancel the Booking. 6.3. If you have made a Booking more than 48 hours in advance of the start of the Booking then you will be entitled to the following refunds: - You as the Client cancel more than 24 hours in advance - We will refund 100% - You as the Client cancel between 23:59 and 4 hours prior to start of task - We will refund 30% to you as the Client & 30% of the pay out to the Security Professional. - You as the Client cancel less than 4 hours prior to start of task - No refund to you as the client & 60% of the pay-out to the Security Professional. - The Security Professional cancels before the start of any task at any time - Optiqe will refund 100% of the cost back to you the Client. 6.4. Either the Security Supplier or the Client may with the other party’s consent change the time, date, or other details of the Booking but any such changes must be agreed between the Security Supplier and the Client directly via the Platform. 6.5. We do not accept any responsibility for any cancelled Bookings and will not be liable for any fees, costs, expenses, or losses incurred by either a Client or a Security Supplier as a result of a cancelled Booking. 6.6. Our Security Supplier uses all reasonable endeavours to honour all Bookings however if Security Supplier needs to cancel a booking they (through us) will attempt to arrange for a suitable alternative Security Supplier or time/date to be booked through us. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, we will refund all fees paid in respect of the Booking but neither we nor the Security Supplier will be obliged to pay any further compensation or damages. 6.7. We reserve the right to restrict Security Supplier’s access to the Platform and/or terminate their Listing and/or Account if Security Suppliers cancel and/or are late for a Booking.
