Cancellation Charge. A charge is calculated as the product of the number of Business Days from order application through the order cancellation multiplied by the average daily charge of the service ordered, plus the Access Order Charge. The Access Order Charge is governed by Telco’s applicable interstate Access Services tariff.
Cancellation Charge. In the event of a Network Rail Cancellation or a Train Operator Cancellation the party cancelling the Service (the "Cancelled Service") shall pay a Cancellation Charge, Ct, which shall be equivalent to:

Cancellation Charge. 5.1 In the event of a CVL IM Cancellation or a Train Operator Cancellation the party cancelling the Service (the "Cancelled Service") shall pay a Cancellation Charge, Ct, which shall be equivalent to:
Cancellation Charge. Upon any Cancellation of any Order relating to Residential Per -End-User Connection, the following Charges shall be imposed on the Contracting QP:
(i) an NC Charge of $10;
(ii) NLT Charges, except those NLT Charges which would be subject to paragraph 5.2(a)(iv), which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such Cancellation;
(iii) any Third Party Charges which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such Cancellation;
(iv) any other third party charges, NetLink Trust’s charges and/or NLT Charges agreed pursuant to paragraph 5.2 or 6.3 of the General Service Terms and Conditions which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such Cancellation; and
(v) any charges agreed to be on-passed to the Contracting QP pursuant to paragraph 5. 3 or 6.4 of the General Service Terms and Conditions which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such Cancellation.
Cancellation Charge. If the booking is cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the event any deposit/hire charge paid will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours of the booking taking place the full hire charge will be payable at the trustees’ discretion
Cancellation Charge. The cancellation of your entire order by your Agent or, if none, you shall result in the following charge:
a. No charge will apply in respect of order cancellations notified to Us by 31st August immediately before the Christmas in question.
b. A cancellation charge equal to 10% of the order value or £25, whichever is greater, will be charged in respect of order cancellations notified to Us after 31st August immediately before the Christmas in question.
Cancellation Charge. In case the Purchaser commits default in making payment of the consideration mentioned herein or in observing his covenants herein within time then in such event, the Developer shall give one month's notice in writing to the Purchaser setting out the default or breach complained of and calling upon the Purchaser to remedy the default or breach complained of and if on the expiry of such notice, the Purchaser continues the default or breach, then this agreement shall at the option of the Developer stand terminated and rescinded and also if the Purchaser wishes to cancel and/or withdraw from the Agreement of his own volition then in both such events the Developer shall become entitled to enjoy and/or transfer the said Unit and the Car Parking Space to any person without in any way becoming liable to the Purchaser and upon the Developer only after having entered unto a contract for sale of the said Unit and the Car Parking Space with any new buyer or buyers, only thereafter the Developer shall refund to the Purchaser the xxxxxxx money paid by the Purchaser to the Developer after deduction of a sum equivalent to 10% (ten percent) of the consideration as and by way of pre-determined compensation/liquidated damages or service charges.
Cancellation Charge. In the event of a university-initiated cancellation or the student’s contract cancellation approval, a contract cancellation charge will be assessed. Any student wanting to cancel their housing will be charged a cancellation fee and will be financially responsible for all costs associated with their housing assignment and respective dining plan (if applicable) for the academic year unless they are approved for release under section 7.1 of the contract.
Cancellation Charge. The cancellation of your entire order by you shall result in the following charge:
a. No charge will apply if notify Us that you wish to cancel your entire order by no later than 31st August 2018.
b. A cancellation charge equal to 10% of the order value or €20, whichever is greater, will be charged in respect of order cancellations notified to Us after 31st August 2018.
