CANCELLATION REQUESTS ON OR AFTER CONTRACT EFFECTIVE DATE i. A Resident seeking to cancel this Contract must submit a Contract Cancellation Request on the MyHousing portal in advance of the requested release/move-out date. The University must specifically approve the Contract Cancellation Request in order for the Contract to be considered terminated. If Resident fails to submit a Contract Cancellation Request in advance of Resident’s communicated move-out, Resident will continue to be responsible for all terms and conditions of the Contract or shall be responsible for any other term or condition of the contract cancellation in the case that it is approved.
