Cancellations or Amendments by Company. Company shall have no right to the cancellation or amendment of any Entry, or Entries, after its receipt by Processor. However, Processor shall use reasonable efforts to act on a request by Company for cancellation, modification, or deletion of an Entry prior to transmitting it to the ACH Operator, but will have no responsibility for the failure to comply with such a request. All requests must be made in writing and faxed, delivered, or emailed to Processor. Processor reserves the right to assess Company a $35.00 fee for each requested cancellation, modification or deletion of Entry or Entries.
