If you registered for Selling on Amazon on or after December 14, 2018 or have received an APUK Account Confirmation Notice, you will route all such payments in respect of sales made on the UK Amazon Site through APUK. For all of Your Products that are fulfilled using Fulfilment by Amazon, the Amazon Refund Policies published at the time of the applicable order will apply and you will comply with them. You will promptly provide refunds and adjustments that you are obligated to provide as required by Law, and in no case later than thirty (30) calendar days following after the obligation arises.
