Candidate Introductions. Where the Corporation has been retained to find suitable candidates for the positions the Client wants filled, the Corporation shall endeavor to introduce to the Client suitable candidates by following the process outlined in the Campaign Order. The Client shall take commercially reasonable and practical steps to accurately convey the Position and Requirements to the Candidate so that the Candidate reasonably understands the Position and confirms that the Candidate is willing to work in the Position.
