Common use of CANTEEN Clause in Contracts

CANTEEN. 12.02 - The Company and the Union will jointly administer all canteen facilities / vending machines at the Melt Shop. It is agreed that in so doing the Union will be responsible for the canteen facilities / vending machines’ operations, while the Company will continue to supply and maintain all existing facilities which it does now. It is also agreed that any rebates arising from the canteens’/ vending machines’ operations shall continue to be disbursed in the same manner as in the past (i.e. children’s Christmas party, family picnic, family sugar party).
