Canvassing soliciting and peddling in the Building are prohibited and each tenant shall report and otherwise cooperate to prevent the same.
Soliciting Canvassing, peddling, soliciting and distribution of handbills or any other written materials in the Building are prohibited, and Tenant will cooperate to prevent the same.
Soliciting Dealers Broker-dealers who are members of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., or that are exempt from broker-dealer registration, and who, in either case, have executed participating broker or other agreements with the Managing Dealer to sell Shares.
Non-Solicit The Grantee agrees that during the Coverage Period, the Grantee shall not solicit, attempt to solicit or endeavor to entice away from the Company any person who, at any time during the term of the Grantee’s employment was a healthcare professional (including a healthcare executive) of the Company, or an employee, customer, permanent placement candidate, client or supplier of the Company.
Agreement Not to Solicit Customers Executive agrees that during Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder and during the Non-Solicitation Period, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, on Executive’s own behalf or in the service or on behalf of others, solicit, divert, or appropriate, or attempt to solicit, divert, or appropriate, to any business that engages in Restricted Field activities in the Business Territory (i) any person or entity whose account with the Company was sold or serviced by or under the supervision of Executive during the twelve (12) months preceding the termination of such employment, or (ii) any person or entity whose account with the Company has been directly solicited at least twice by the Company within the year preceding the termination of employment (the “Customers”). The Non-Solicitation Period set forth in this Section 11.4 shall be tolled during any period in which the Executive is in breach of the restriction set forth herein.
No General Solicitation or Advertising Neither the Company, nor any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, nor any Person acting on its or their behalf, has engaged in any form of general solicitation or general advertising (within the meaning of Regulation D) in connection with the offer or sale of the Securities.
No General Solicitation or Advertising in Regard to this Transaction Neither the Company nor any of its affiliates nor any person acting on its or their behalf (a) has conducted or will conduct any general solicitation (as that term is used in Rule 502(c) of Regulation D) or general advertising with respect to any of the Shares, or (b) made any offers or sales of any security or solicited any offers to buy any security under any circumstances that would require registration of the Common Stock under the Securities Act.
No General Solicitation or General Advertising Neither the Company nor any person acting on its behalf has engaged or will engage in any form of general solicitation or general advertising (within the meaning of Regulation D under the Securities Act) in connection with any offer or sale of the Shares.
Deliveries and Solicitation The Manager may control access to the Residence for deliveries. The Manager may allow reasonable access to political candidates or their representatives for the purpose of canvassing for support and delivering pamphlets.
Covenant Not to Solicit Customers During the Restricted Period, within the Territory Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of any other person or entity (other than a member of the Bank Group), offer to provide banking services to any person, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, or other entity who is or was (i) a customer of any member of the Bank Group during any part of the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the Date of Termination, or (ii) a potential customer to whom any member of the Bank Group offered to provide banking services during any part of the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the Date of Termination.
