Common use of Cap Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Cap Reserve Account. (a) The Securities Administrator shall establish and maintain in the name of the Trustee on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Certificateholders, the Cap Reserve Account as a segregated trust account or accounts. (b) All amounts deposited to the Cap Reserve Account pursuant to Section 6.01.1(b) shall be held by the Securities Administrator in the name of the Trustee on behalf of the Trust, in trust for the benefit of the Group I Offered Certificateholders and the Class I-B-3 Certificateholders in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
