Chattel Paper. Each Receivable constitutes “tangible chattel paper” as defined within the meaning of the applicable UCC.
Chattel Paper. The Receivables constitute “tangible chattel paper” or “electronic chattel paper” within the meaning of the UCC.
Chattel Paper. The Receivables constitute “tangible chattel paper” or “electronic chattel paper” within the meaning of the UCC as in effect in the States of Texas, New York, Nevada and Delaware.
Chattel Paper. The Receivable is either “tangible chattel paper” or “electronic chattel paper” within the meaning of the applicable UCC and there is only one original authenticated copy of the Receivable.

Chattel Paper. (i) Promptly (and in any event within five (5) Business Days) after request by Agent, each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction, to the extent that the aggregate value or face amount of such electronic Chattel Paper equals or exceeds $100,000;
