Capability of Computer Systems and Software. M&I's computer systems (hardware and software) are capable of performing the Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The software used to provide the Services will operate substantially in accordance with the specifications and documentation for the software as modified from time to time to incorporate enhancements or modifications of the software to provide the Services.
