Common use of Capability to Do Work Clause in Contracts

Capability to Do Work. The Contractor hereby warrants and represents to the Company that it has, and will continue to have throughout the Term, the skill, knowledge, experience, training, labour, equipment, supplies and material necessary to perform and complete the Work and all of its other obligations under this Agreement in accordance with this Agreement.
