Common use of CAPACITY AND DUTIES OF EMPLOYEE Clause in Contracts

CAPACITY AND DUTIES OF EMPLOYEE. The Employee is employed by the Company to render services on behalf of the Company as Executive Vice President. As the Executive Vice President, the Employee shall perform such duties as are assigned to the individual holding such title by the Company's Bylaws and such other duties, consistent with the Employee's job title, as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and/or the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

CAPACITY AND DUTIES OF EMPLOYEE. The Employee is employed by the Company to render services on behalf of the Company as Executive Vice PresidentPresident and Chief Administrative Officer. As the Executive Vice PresidentPresident and Chief Administrative Officer, the Employee shall perform such duties as are assigned to the individual holding such title by the Company's Bylaws and such other duties, consistent with the Employee's job title, as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and/or the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

CAPACITY AND DUTIES OF EMPLOYEE. The Employee is employed by the Company to render services on behalf of the Company as Executive Vice PresidentPresident Manufacturing Operations. As the Executive Vice President, In that capacity the Employee shall perform such duties as are assigned to the individual holding any such title by the Company's Bylaws and such other duties, consistent with the Employee's job title, as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and/or the Company's Chief Executive Officer).

As the Executive Senior Vice PresidentPresident and President - Central Division, the Employee shall perform such duties as are assigned to the individual holding such title by the Company's Bylaws and such other duties, consistent with the Employee's job title, as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and/or the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

As the Executive Vice President, In that capacity the Employee shall perform such duties as are assigned to the individual holding any such title by the Company's Bylaws and such other duties, consistent with the Employee's job title, as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and/or the Company's Chief Executive Officer).

As the an Executive Vice President, the Employee shall perform such duties as are assigned to the individual holding such title by the Company's Bylaws and such other duties, consistent with the Employee's job title, as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and/or the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

As the Executive Senior Vice PresidentPresident and President - Central Division, the Employee shall perform such duties as are assigned to the individual holding such title by the Company's Bylaws and such other duties, consistent with the Employee's job title, as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and/or the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

As the Executive Senior Vice PresidentPresident and President - Eastern Division, the Employee shall perform such duties as are assigned to the individual holding such title by the Company's Bylaws and such other duties, consistent with the Employee's job title, as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and/or the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

CAPACITY AND DUTIES OF EMPLOYEE. The Employee is employed by the Company to render services on behalf of the Company as Executive Vice PresidentPresident - Special Corporate Projects. As the Executive Vice PresidentPresident - Special Corporate Projects, the Employee shall perform such duties as are assigned to the individual holding such title by the Company's Bylaws and such other duties, consistent with the Employee's job title, as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and/or the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

CAPACITY AND DUTIES OF EMPLOYEE. The Employee is employed by the Company to render services on behalf of the Company as Executive Senior Vice President-Investments. As the Executive Senior Vice President-Investments, the Employee shall perform such duties as are assigned to the individual holding such title by the Company's Bylaws and such other duties, consistent with the Employee's job title, as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and/or the Company's Chief Executive OfficerPresident.
