CAPACITY AND RELIABILITY Sample Clauses

The "Capacity and Reliability" clause defines the obligations of a party—typically a supplier or service provider—to deliver goods or services at specified levels of output and dependability. It usually sets minimum performance standards, such as production volume, uptime percentages, or response times, and may require regular reporting or testing to demonstrate compliance. This clause ensures that the receiving party can rely on consistent delivery and performance, thereby reducing the risk of disruptions and supporting operational planning.
