CAPACITY AND RELIABILITY. Aryaka shall maintain adequate capacity on its network during the Term as necessary to meet Customer’s committed network usage as set forth in the Order Form. Aryaka’s network will remain distributed geographically and Aryaka will keep in place distributed network connections.
