Capacity Limitation Sample Clauses

A Capacity Limitation clause defines the maximum extent to which a party is authorized or able to act under an agreement. Typically, this clause restricts parties from exceeding certain financial thresholds, making commitments beyond their legal authority, or acting outside the scope of their designated roles. For example, an employee may be prohibited from entering into contracts on behalf of the company above a specified value.
