Capacity Management Reporting. Service Provider’s responsibilities include the following: 1. Provide monthly regular reporting of activities against the Capacity Plan. 2. Publish regular Capacity Management reports to DIR Customers, which at a minimum will include current/recent utilization (and trends) compared to normal utilization, Service Levels, and previously identified baselines. 3. Produce monthly reports on the current usage of resources, trends and forecasts and exceptions, in a format agreed to by DIR, that at a minimum includes the following: 3.1.
