Capacity to Sign the Contract. Party B hereby represents and warrants that it is capable of legitimately signing this Contract and subject to this Contract. Party B’s execution and performance of its duties in this Contract do and will not violate any other contract or agreement binding upon Party B, nor breach the provisions of any other organization binding upon Party B.
