Capillary electrophoresis. The electrophoretic mobility of rotigotine.HCl and rotigotine.H3PO4 was investigated with capillary electrophoresis (CE). These experiments were performed according to a method, described elsewhere [7]. Briefly, the electrophoretic mobility of the samples (0.5 mM) was determined in triplicate using a phosphate buffer pH 7.4 (Na2HPO4: 5.82 g.l-1; NaH2PO4: 5.1 g.l-1) as electrolyte solution (mobile phase).
