Capital Expenditure Statement. Concurrently with the delivery of each Usage Statement to the Operators, CRC shall deliver to the Operators a statement showing the estimated Budgeted Capital Expenditures for the calendar month immediately succeeding the calendar month in which such statement is delivered.
