Capital Purchase Grant. If the Project is for the purpose of capital purchase, the Recipient may request advance disbursement of up to 100 percent of the Grant Award. If the request is granted, the Recipient must within 60 days of disbursement submit a County Reimbursement Request fully documenting the use of the disbursement.
