Capitalized Lease. A lease under which a Person is the lessee or obligor, the discounted future rental payment obligations under which are required to be capitalized on the balance sheet of the lessee or obligor in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; provided that if the total of such future rental payment obligations is less than $250,000.00, then such lease shall be treated as an expense of such Person and not as a Capitalized Lease.
