Capitalized Terms Definitions. All capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings given to those terms in this Agreement. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not defined in this Agreement, but defined in the Master Agreement, shall have the meanings given to those terms in the Master Agreement. Unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, terms used in this Agreement that are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of Delaware (“UCC”) shall have the meaning given those terms in the UCC.
