Capitalized Terms; Recitals. All capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Lease. In the event of any inconsistencies between the Lease and this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment shall control, and all other provisions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
