Capitalized terms used in this Agreement that are not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in Appendix A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement, dated as of January 1, 2024, among the Issuer, the Depositor, and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC, which Appendix is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
