Captions and Headings The Article and Section headings throughout this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall in no way be deemed to define, limit or add to any provision of this Agreement.
Titles and Headings Titles and headings of sections of this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the construction of any provision of this Agreement.
Sections and Headings The division of this Agreement into sections and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. Unless otherwise indicated, any reference in this Agreement to a section or a Schedule refers to the specified section of or Schedule to this Agreement.
Terms and Headings The words "Landlord" and "Tenant" as used herein shall include the plural as well as the singular. Words used in any gender include other genders. The paragraph headings of this Lease are not a part of this Lease and shall have no effect upon the construction or interpretation of any part hereof.
Severability; Headings If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or inoperative, the other portions of this Agreement shall be deemed valid and operative and, so far as is reasonable and possible, effect shall be given to the intent manifested by the portion held invalid or inoperative. The paragraph headings herein are for reference purposes only and are not intended in any way to describe, interpret, define or limit the extent or intent of the Agreement or of any part hereof.
