Captions, Gender and Number. Any section or paragraph, title or caption contained in this Agreement is for convenience only and shall not be deemed a part of this Agreement. As used in this Agreement, the masculine, feminine or neuter gender, and the singular or plural number, shall each be deemed to include the others whenever the context so indicates.
