Common use of Captions; Pronouns Clause in Contracts

Captions; Pronouns. Captions in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not be considered in construing this Agreement. Whenever the context shall so require, the singular shall include the plural, the male gender shall include the female, and vice versa. "Include," "includes" and "including" shall be deemed to be followed by "without limitation" whether or not they are in fact followed by such words or words of like import.
