Car Wash Test. 6.1.3.1. Indices of difficulty and test method A car wash equipment as described in paragraph 4.8.1. of Annex 3 to this Regulation shall be used. Ten washing operations (10 double passes) shall be carried out. 6.1.3.2. Three flat pieces 50 mm x 100 mm of each type shall be taken from the flattest part of the windscreen in the area specified in paragraph 2.2. of Annex 21 (test area A). The test shall be carried out on the face corresponding to the outside of the windscreen.
