Meter Testing. Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Seller prior to any test it may perform on the revenue meters or metering equipment. Seller shall have the right to have a representative present during each such test. Seller may request, and Company shall perform, if requested, tests in addition to the every fifth-year test and Seller shall pay the cost of such tests. Company may, in its sole discretion, perform tests in addition to the fifth year test and Company shall pay the cost of such tests. If any of the revenue meters or metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this Section 10.2 (Meter Testing), Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readings, shall be determined in accordance with Section 10.3 (Corrections).
Meter Testing. If Gatherer requests to have any meter tested, then Shipper shall have the meter tested in the presence of and to the satisfaction of Gatherer. If the meter tested proves to be accurate within plus or minus three percent (3%) at its normal operating range, then the cost of testing and recalibrating the meter shall be borne by Gatherer. Shipper will schedule all required tests within ten (10) days of a request by Gatherer. Shipper will notify Gatherer at least five (5) working days prior to the test of the date, time, and location of such test.
Meter Testing. The UDC shall, at the request of the CAISO and upon reasonable notice, provide access to its facilities necessary to permit the CAISO or a CAISO- approved meter inspector to perform such testing as necessary in accordance with Section 4.4.6 of the CAISO Tariff and the procedures set forth in Schedule 14.
Meter Testing. During the Total Supply Period the Seller shall, at the Seller's cost, procure that the Metering Entity, or other testing authority authorised or certified by the Metering Entity, perform tests on the Metering Device:
(a) after the Metering Device has been brought back into service following a Meter Outage Event pursuant to § 6.4 (Meter Outage Event);
(b) at such intervals as are prescribed by the Applicable Law of the jurisdiction in which the Metering Device is located, or if no such intervals are prescribed by Applicable law, as recommended by the Metering Device's manufacturer; and
(c) as otherwise required in accordance with Good Industry Practice and Applicable Law, to ensure its proper and accurate measurement and recording. The Seller shall, within a reasonable time after the performance of any test on the Metering Device, provide to the Buyer a copy of any documentation which confirms the proper and accurate measurement and recording by the Metering Device.

Meter Testing. The Customer may request the Meter Equipment be tested to establish whether there is any inaccuracy in the Meter Equipment readings. The Retailer will use reasonable endeavours to respond to the Customer within 7 business days of the date of receipt by the Retailer of the request. If the Meter Equipment is found to be inaccurate, the Retailer will:
a) replace the Meter Equipment in accordance with clause 18.2 of this contract;
b) adjust the Customer’s account for the amount of any undercharge or overcharge for the Billing Period in which the inaccuracy was proven, calculated in accordance with clause 16 of this contract: and
c) not charge the Customer for testing the Meter Equipment. If the Meter Equipment is not found to be inaccurate, the Customer must pay a testing fee, as described in the Customer Charter.
Meter Testing. In addition to any meter testing that is performed in compliance with Commission regulations, upon the Supplier’s written request, the Company will test designated electric meter(s) used for billing. In the event a test requested by the Supplier establishes that a Company-owned electric meter is registering inaccurately by more than the applicable Commission tolerances and requirements, as may be revised by the Commission from time to time, the costs of said tests shall be borne by the Company. Any electric meter found to be inaccurate by more than the applicable Commission tolerances and requirements, or is otherwise found to be defective, shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced, at the sole cost and expense of the Company. The cost of testing a meter at the request of the Supplier which is determined to be operating within applicable Commission tolerances and requirements and not found to be defective, will be borne by the Supplier. Costs will be calculated and billed under the same terms and conditions as the Company customarily uses for similar requests from Electric Supply & Delivery Service tariff customers.
Meter Testing. The District shall arrange for the Meters to be inspected, tested, and adjusted, if necessary, at least once every two years. The District shall provide Purchaser with reasonable advance notice of, and permit a representative of Purchaser to witness and verify, such inspections, tests, and adjustments.
Meter Testing. The Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours notice to Seller prior to any test it may perform on the metering or telemetering equipment. The Seller shall have the right to have a representative present during each such test. Seller may request, and the Company shall perform if requested, tests in addition to the periodic test in Section 7(a) (Meters) above and Seller shall pay the cost of such test. If any of the metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this Section 7(b) (Meter Testing), the Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readings, shall be determined in accordance with Section 7(c) (Corrections).
Meter Testing. The SUDC shall, at the request of the CAISO and upon reasonable notice, provide access to its facilities necessary to permit the CAISO or a CAISO-approved meter inspector to perform such testing as necessary in accordance with Section 4.11.9.2 or 4.11.9.4 of the CAISO Tariff and the procedures set forth in Schedule 8. For meters that are not owned by the SUDC, the CAISO will obtain approval from the meter owner in advance of accessing SUDC's Facilities. Such approval shall be provided to the SUDC upon request.
