Common use of Carbon Taxes Clause in Contracts

Carbon Taxes. Supplier shall be solely responsible for (a) any tax liabilities levied by any governmental body that relate in any way to carbon emissions, regardless of whether such carbon emission tax liabilities are levied against Supplier or SCRIPSAMERICA, and (b) purchasing, at Supplier’s cost, any carbon emissions credits that would in the future be required for Supplier to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
