Card Authorised User Servicing. You must provide all support to, and handle all enquiries from, Stripe Issuing Accountholders and Card Authorised Users, including regarding Card usage, and lost, damaged or stolen Cards. You must provide this support according to the Stripe Issuing Program Guidelines. Unless Stripe agrees otherwise, you must not outsource your support obligations to any third party. On a monthly basis or as otherwise requested by Stripe, using a process Stripe communicates to you, you must provide to Stripe a report of Issuing Complaints that you received and handled during the prior month.
