Common use of Card Expiration Clause in Contracts

Card Expiration. Subject to applicable law, you will be able to use your Card until the expiration date displayed on the Card. The funds associated with the Card do not expire. If your Card Account is in good standing and you have available funds on the Card when your Card expires, you may request a replacement Card at no cost to you by following the procedures set forth in Section 21 (Card Replacement). The new Card will have an available balance equal to the remaining balance of the expired Card, less any applicable fees.
