Common use of Card is Bank Property Clause in Contracts

Card is Bank Property. The Card is the property of the Bank and must be returned to the Bank if the Bank so requests. Also, the Bank can at any time and without cause and without notice, revoke the right to use the Card. If a merchant or a financial institution where the Card is attempted to be used asks for the surrender of the Card, it must be surrendered immediately.
