CARD ISSUANCE AND VALIDATION. When we issue a Card to you, it will not be activated, and will be accompanied by activation instructions. Activation will require us to confirm your identity and will also require you to choose a personal identification number ("PIN") for the Card. If we are not able to confirm your identity or you do not enter a PIN, the Card will not be activated. We may unilaterally cancel a Card before or after it has been activated, so that it may not be used. (For example, we may unilaterally cancel a Card for security reasons if someone tries to use the Card with an incorrect PIN or any other incorrect Card-identifying information.) After we issue and activate a Card, we may unilaterally terminate your use of the Card and discontinue Card services for your Account. (For example, we may do this if we believe the Card, Card number or any other Card-identifying information is not being maintained in a secure manner as required by the "Account Security" section of the Agreement.) The Card belongs to us, and you agree to promptly surrender or destroy the Card upon our request. We will issue one Card per Account.
