Card Ownership; Limitations. Stripe owns each Card. If Stripe requests that you or a Stripe Issuing Accountholder return a Card, then you must return, or ensure that the Stripe Issuing Accountholder returns, that Card promptly to Stripe. Stripe may cancel, repossess or restrict the use of Cards at any time, and may decline to authorise or reverse any Card Transaction.
