Common use of Card Ownership Clause in Contracts

Card Ownership. You are the owner of my Card(s). No one but the person named on the Card is permitted to use it. I do not have the right to assign or transfer this Agreement, the Account or my Card(s) to anyone else. You may assign this Agreement or any of your rights under it without notice or consent.
