Common use of Care Coordination Expense Clause in Contracts

Care Coordination Expense. That portion of the personnel costs for Care Coordinators whose primary duty is direct Enrollee contact that is attributable to this Contract shall be included as a Benefit Expense. That portion of the personnel costs for Contractor’s Medical Director that is attributable to this Contract shall be included as a Benefit Expense.
