CARE Entry. Accurate and timely information using CARE shall be entered, as follows: a. Upon submission of this Contract: 1) the budget developed in accordance with this Contract; and 2) projected in-kind local match for the term of this Contract, in the format required by the System Agency. b. Information necessary to accurately calculate number of persons served by type of service and information necessary to complete all reports required under this Contract; and c. Family size and income shall be reported in CARE.
